I am trying to get to the Y atleast every MWF after work, and so today, I worked out 5 more minutes than Monday on the eliptical, so I made it to 20 minutes today!  I was up to 45 minutes on cardio before surgery, so I've got a long way to go before I get back to that, but if I keep adding each time, I'll get there!

After the cardio, I worked my arms, back and chest with weights.

I too went and got my exercise in.

Just like on monday I walked jogged the greenway in Nashvillw that begins very close to my apartment.  If I do it twice, I get in just about 2 miles.  With my heart rate monitor on I am able to see that I am burning a little over 500 calories.

I recommend that everyone gets a heart rate monitor.  I bought mine from the gym at work.  It was $120, but I save for two pay periods.  This way I am able to TOTALLY keep track of the calories that I burn.

Since it looks like it will be nice again possibly on friday, I think that I will hit the greenway again!
